Contact Convert.app

Questions, feedback or a problem with a tool? Here is how to reach us.

Get in touch

For questions about Convert.app, tool feedback, bug reports, privacy requests or rights-related concerns, email [email protected].

This page uses email rather than an on-site submission form. Selecting the address opens your email application; visiting this page does not send a message or attach a file automatically.

Reporting a problem with a tool

To help us understand what happened, include:

  • The full URL of the tool or conversion page.
  • Your browser and operating system, and whether you are using a phone or computer.
  • The input format, approximate file size and the output you expected.
  • The steps you took and the exact error message, if one appeared.

Please do not send passwords, payment details or confidential files. A screenshot with personal details removed, or a small sample containing no sensitive information, can help explain an issue. If a safe sample is needed, we can discuss it by email first.

Privacy and data requests

Use [email protected] for questions about personal information or requests relating to your rights under applicable law. Describe the request without including more personal information than necessary. See our privacy policy for further details.

Our conversion tools use a zero-upload, browser-only approach. We cannot retrieve or delete a source file or conversion result that stayed solely on your device. Downloaded files can be managed using your device or browser.

Content, translation and accessibility feedback

If an explanation is inaccurate, a translation is unclear, or a control is difficult to use with your device or assistive technology, send the page URL and a description of the problem. For a rights or licensing concern, identify the relevant content and explain your connection to it so the issue can be reviewed.

Security reports

If you believe you have found a security problem, email us privately with a clear description and the affected URL. Do not access other users' information, disrupt the service or include secrets in your report. Please avoid publishing sensitive exploit details while the issue is being investigated.
