GIF is one of the most widely preferred image formats around the world today, thanks to the support and portability it offers to its users. The GIF file supports up to 256 different colors, including 8 bits, pixels, and the beginning of each image. Although this file format does not have a very useful color gamut for professional photos and images, it is extremely useful for simple-to-use images and graphics, logos. GIF images are created using the lossless compression method called Lempel-Ziv-Welch, and there is no degradation on the actual quality of the image.
